Dispute Resolution

Any dispute related to this Agreement or related services shall be submitted to a senior representative of each Party who shall have authority to enter into an agreement to resolve the dispute ("Representative"). The Representatives shall negotiate in good faith. If the Representatives are unable to resolve the dispute within three weeks or within such longer time as the Representatives may mutually agree, the dispute may be resolved by mediation or by any and all remedies permitted at law and/or in equity. The Customer agrees that should litigation be necessary, the forum for said litigation shall be the appropriate court of law located in Concord, New Hampshire, or its closest vicinity.
