Springtime means Spring Cleaning!

Spring is a time of renewal and refreshment -- and just like the weather, it's the perfect time for our operations to get a bit of a refresh. While we always have cleaning programs in place...how often are you checking them? Do they still meet your needs, how closely are they being followed, or are there better ways to accomplish the tasks?

When we don't maintain our cleaning schedules and habits, we fail to keep our facilities safe. Setting up proper procedure and encouraging communication helps us do our best in keeping our customers, food, and facilites safe! Will we talk about cleaning schedules every spring? Probably. Will we talk about them more often than that on this blog? Also: probably. But that's how important cleaning is to safety and success.
