"A couple of the attendees are managers for us and this was their second or third time taking it.  They had GREAT feedback about the instructor.  Engaging, entertaining, and kept it moving.  I don't normally get a ton of feedback, but these people reached out to me on their own to say what a great job they thought he did.  

I also noticed that this was the highest pass rate we have had in these courses in years.  I know that the tests can vary, but I am sure the instructor played a huge role.
