I recently attended the serve safe class and exam at the Hampton Inn in Raynham Massachusetts.
The instructor and class material was excellent. She is a true professional in teaching and reviewing the material for the exam. I am a chef instructor at the adult program at the upper cape tech in Bourne, Ma. I am also an instructor/proctor for the serve safe manager class and exam. I appreciated the training technique and class preparation.
